PROJECT C ships locally, only within Singapore by delivery or self collection at 68 Orchard Road Plaza Singapura Extension #04-60 Singapore 238859, daily 1130am to 830pm except for Public Holidays.

For self collection, you can collect your order in 24 hours from order confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

Local Delivery is flat rate of SGD4.50 per order and there is no charge for Self Collection.

Upon order confirmation, your package will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. You can expect to receive your order in 5 – 7 days from order confirmation, but there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners.

This policy is only applicable for Defective or Unopened items.

You shall examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be expired, missing, incorrect or damaged inside after receiving the order, claims for return (if any) must be lodged to our Customer Service (Refund Unit) at theprojectcsg@gmail.com within the next 7 business days from the date of delivery/collection; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your request and claims.

All return and refund requests are subjected to PROJECT C’s management approval. PROJECT C reserves the right to reject any requests according to returned products’ or unforeseen conditions. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.


Delivery charges, promotional discounts or vouchers are non-refundable.
